Cancellation Policy
Please let me know 72 hrs prior to cancel your booking reservation so I can do my best to fill the spot.
Please keep in mind I’m a small business and every appointment counts, I understand things can change in life out of our control but please contact me asap
No shows and less then 3 day cancellations may incur a $50 fee for a haircut and up to a 50% fee on colours. This may be in-forced at my discretion
I work on tight time frames as I try to accommodate all clients and provide a quality service so timing is essential if you are over 10 minutes late our appointment may be cut short or depending on the service rescheduled at your expense.
As we are a small business we may require a $50 deposit to secure your appointment which comes off your total on the day
This payment will be kindly required 1 week before your appointment or 1 week after appointment is made
If payment isn’t received your appointment maybe cancelled
