  • As a small business, every appointment matters. We understand that things can change unexpectedly, but kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, giving us the opportunity to fill your appointment. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

    Cancellations & No-Shows
No-shows and cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice may incur the following fees, at our discretion:

    • Haircuts: $50 cancellation fee.

    • Colour appointments: Up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

    Deposits
A $50 deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your total service cost on the day.

Where required, deposits must be paid within one week of booking or at least one week before your appointment. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your appointment may be cancelled.

    Late Arrivals
We work to a tight schedule to ensure all clients receive the time and quality of service they deserve. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or, depending on the service, rescheduled at your expense.

Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our small business. We appreciate your time and consideration.
